J2ME CloudMade demo

Basic usecases:

  • draw map with positioning to current user location
  • use tourist map style
  • display text name for current location (like "Baker street")
  • post user location text to twitter
  • look up for nearest POIs
  • mobile to web demo using Twitter.

User(s) outside demo room are posting user location text (one button click) to Twitter.
Demo room shows Tweets in a desktop browser on a CloudMade map (tourist style).

Indoor Usecases:

  • Application always opens to last know location call and loads tiles. No GPS call initally until user selects from menu

Once user selections location, map tiles load to selected location (zoom level as current demo).
